Yet another "my TF2 server won't appear in the server list" thread

Just for the record, I booted Ubuntu 9.04 from my LiveCD to try it there and I checked from another computer if I could see the server in the internet tab. It didn't work
Also, I did configure the same local static IP as the one I use in Windows (192.168.1.8).

Also, something "strange" happened. Srcds would use by default IP 127.0.1.1 . On the other computer, I could see the game on the LAN tab, but I couldn't see it in the internet tab (as always...). I added +ip 192.168.1.8 to the launch parameters and then I wasn't able to see the server in the LAN tab (but I could join it via the console). Of course, I couldn't see it on the internet tab
