MANI ADMIN wont work plz helps

Hey. Before i install the mani admin the server was working fine. But after i install the MAP i can not start the server anymore. I keep saying stuff like Error! memory can not be read!! plz help

Install the latest version, if it doesn't work install V1.2O or something, works for most people.
