66 tickrate surf server lag
i am using windows 2003 32 bit, p4 3.0 1g ram, max upload speed 8MB/second

with css dm, mani admin plugin, no eventscript 23 slots server

used fps booster, when the server become full , some maps are lag, such as surf_legends, surf_funhouse_v1. server fps suddenly drop, is it the cfg problem? And the serevr must be run at 66 tickrate, because some map need it
CPU will probably be lagging out on intensive surf maps.

What kind of CPU usage are you getting when the server is full on surf maps?
cpu usage about 40-50% at 18 people, i saw a 66 tickrate surf server have 30 players in server playing surf_legends no lag
Do you have hyper threading enabled on your processor?
the cpu have hyper threading , but i just set srcds.exe running at cpu 0
Try disabling hyper threading man. SRCDS only see's half of your CPU power that way
