DDoS, is a denial of service attack, and should never be shrugged off. It will take up as much bandwidth on yours as he can send.

Also, we really don't want to see these kind of posts in these forums. They are clutter in my opinion.

ALSO.... so what would happen?
Would it just lag? Would it crash the server computer? Burn hardware? Hack into the system information? What?

Home.. (OFFICE)... Home office...

Don't feel like going and spending monthly... I have a server computer bought Wink
All I do is pay for electricity and internet... which goes along with everything smoothly...
But not much other than that...
Does it matter?

Well, with the router most of the ports are blocked off except for the ones you forwarded, so if you want to be safe, close dem ports up.

Also pengy...
Could I Just shut off the servers?

He can send shit through the hl2 ports... but nothing can receive them?

EDIT: Shut off the whole server or just the game servers?

I read it is against the law to DDoS... >_> GO FIGURE
So... I could contact his ISP through his ip and talk to them about him doing illegal activity?

Only if you have proof of him doing it, since you have verizon, set the firewall to high if you want in the network settings page i think.
