Im not sure if this srcds related... but i would imagine a relay is another srcds server... anyone have information to shed light on this situation? How do i run one? or anything...

uhhh i thought a relay, was a non perm Sourcetv connection,

by which i mean it has a set port, but doesnt use a slot and only shows when users are connected..
