Dark Messiah of Might & Magic - Binaries

I'm perhaps missing something here, but I did run a search and found in another thread that apparently the binaries for this wonderful game are located elsewhere in the install. However, that doesn't seem to be the case for me as the srcds install of the game produced only materials, sound, and models folders of items. In fact, I see nothing of the sort in order to start the dedicated server under Linux derived from srcds.

Is there something amiss here?
