Got some probs with Dedicated server

It takes me 30minutes or less to download.
 I've created on here: http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/8433 Just use notepad to edit it with.

But i said that i dont have a file / textdocument called server.cfg so how can i edit it... ?

Download the server.cfg from the link above. And open it with notepad.

Ey I need help now again..
When i am doing this hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds It says "No installation record found at C:\srcds :O:O

kk, need help with edit the server.cfg
I have quake sounds.. But what is this ?? // Executing for other stuff - Do only remove the slashes if you have the following plugin installed. // exec mani_server.cfg // exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg // exec cssrpg105.cfg

Remove the // infront of exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg and exec mani_server.cfg

Oh, okay.. My quake sounds is in C:\srcds\Cstrike\sound\quake
