Haha yea. I tried every fps setting. 600-999 I got 500-600FPS.

FPS is funny, I put in for a fps max of 500, and it settles at 350-400. I don't know much about it, so I will be quiet now

FPS is a bit weird since your eye can only see around 120 FPS So an FPS setting of 500 is plenty.

oh yes I know this, but I would still like to achieve 800 lol.

I have my CSS server set up at 500 FPS and it only says 200-300 in console, and I only achieve 180-200 ingame.

I use net_graph 1, but yeah
That's your own computer's fault. The server can't change that FPS.(Only if there's missing alot of packets)
If you overload your own computer, that FPS would drop. Even though the server's FPS is 1000FPS. You can't demand it to be the same, it depends on your own hardware specs. I have roughly the same, about those 100 - 300FPS . In other words, the client FPS isn't the same as the servers. You can't blame the server, if your FPS is bad . Back to topic, Dualcore, I can't see to get that FPS. When I set it to about those fps_max 500 - 1000 - I just get like 500FPS - 700FPS. |
