need help with analysis of mdmp files

If someone could enlighten me as to the procedure to decoding
these mdmp files in Microsoft Visual Studio
I would like to understand the procedure.

I have attached a sample of the mdmp files that my server is generating.
In the hopes of figuring out what the issue is.
I unfortunately have not used Microsoft Visual Studio.

any other program that can be used to view these mdmp files?
or help with the analysis of these mdmp files is greatly appreciated.
