I've got all the ports open I need, trust me on that, I've checked more than enough times. My firewall is down when i've been testing the server.
I use port checkers and it says the port is still closed. Im trying to run a CSS server on a 32-bit Windows XP desktop.
The WAN ping blocking thing MIGHT be enabled, I'll have to check that in a bit.
Is there anything that could be going wrong?
Command Line:
C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -tickrate 33 -ip 192.168.1.11 -port 27015 -maxplayers 9 +map de_dust2 +mp_dynamicpricing 0 -sv_lan 0 -verify_all
Everything appears to work great, but no one can connect.

Please post a screen shot of your port forwarding page.

As stated in my first post, I turned off all of my firewalls.
As stated in my first post, I KNOW for sure the port forwarding is right.
BUT, I still need to check for the WAN port, and I'll get back to you on that.

As far as I am concerned, "port forwarding" and "WAN ports" aren't two different things... ?

If there is a port issue as you said there is, I need to see a screen shot of your port forwarding.
If you would rather PM it to me, you are welcome to.

Its not a port problem, I've checked my page with my friend's and his dedicated server runs just fine. They have the same ports open, other than that he has two other's for his vent server.
