admin banning help!!

well i have mani admin, and i have all the option of an admin
but when i ban someone they can just come back in
i do perm ban or 7 hour ban and they can just come back..
anyone know why this is happening and can help me?

You ban it by what?Steam ID,IP,or just his name?If you are sure he has the game original ban him by steam ID.If not the better way is IP.If he has dynamic ip you can just ban them all(he has not unlimited ips).

Ban him by by both steam id and ip (there's an option called ban by both). Also, make sure that in your clients.txt file, it has u as a full admin

I would post this in the mani admin forums. Try creating 'banned_ip.cfg' and 'banned_user.cfg', and then put
exec banned_user.cfg
exec banned_ip.cfg

in server.cfg

usually, the default server.cfg has that, but double check
