Srcds crashes when starting.

Hi,

i want to set up a dedicated counterstrike source server. everything installed wel but when i try to start the program for the dedicated server is get this error.
i am using ubuntu 8.04.1 server as OS.
i have reinstalled ubunut to see if it would work whit a clean install but i get the same error as before.:confused:

I do not know if it has to start command to do that they become so. But try to start it like this

./srcds_run -autoupdate -game cstrike +IP your ip +hostport 27015 +map de_dust2 +maxplayers how much slot

is have tried that to and it gave me the same error
