IF I HAVE REMOVED IP FROM PROPERTIES AND THEN MY IP IS 10.0.0.24:27015 IS MY SERVER LAN OR INTERNET?

go to whatismyip.com and check if thats the same I.P

Well, that's your LAN IP, and that type of IP happens when you don't use a router. The router makes it's own IP(192.168.1.100).

So I quess it's LAN Smile

If so, you're havin' it on the internet, your IP will be your external IP.

FIRST OFF PLEASE DO NOT TYPE IN CAPS! IT IS VERY ANNOYING TO READ!
Also, try to make your question title more specific to your particular question. As to answer your question, you are using Hamachi if I am not mistaken? That will most probably screw with getting the server to be recognized by the master server list.

10.0.0.0/8 (aka 10.*.*.*) is a local IP address.
Thus, it's our LAN address. You need to do portforwarding.
