If we consider TopStep as a broker in general, then I cannot say that it is universal. For example, TopStep is not suitable for beginner traders, as they can only take educational materials from here. In principle, investors have nothing to do here. TopStep is designed only for short-term investment. 
The broker is aimed at day traders and offers good trading conditions in this niche. So you should think carefully before you start trading with the broker TopstepTrader.
