Greetings!
For days now I have been struggling to get serious information about required Ports. The only thing I have found are things like
"Forward Port 27015-28000".
Well, I am not forwarding, I have a (real) Server with direct connection. There are some better instructions that give "details" like this:
Port 27015, UDP.
Better. But still not sufficing.
For some odd reason I have the feeling that the vast majority allow all outgoing packets, as I can not find any complete guide in this form:
INCOMING CONNECTION:
27015 UDP
27015 TCP
OUTGOING CONNECTION
27015 UDP
In short: Is there an advanced Port Guide out there that lists Ports needed required for a full firewall? That is..
Protocol: UDP or TCP
Direction: IN or OUT.
Many thanks for your support.
