[CSGO] HELP!!! map not ending after 30 rounds and team balancing issue

i have hosted a csgo retake server with sourcemod with these plugins installed

rounds are going over 30 i have tried mp_maxrounds 30 but it doesn't help
team score shows that its over 30 but in in scoreboard rounds are off sync
Also i need some tips to improve my server performance for best hit registry possible i have added this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2646571 plugin i dont think it makes any difference
this is my first time hosting a server so i need help plz
