Error while starting server

Hi, i've got a cs source server, and when i try to starting it, the console says this:

./srcds_run: line 344: 15874 Segmentation fault $HL_CMD
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
