TF2 Server Wont Start

Hi all

Trying to start tf2 on a freebsd server and it just hangs at this point

Code:

server1# ./srcds_run -console -game tf
Auto detecting CPU
Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.

Console initialized.
Game.dll loaded for "Team Fortress"
Particles: Missing 'particles/error.pcf'
maxplayers set to 24
Unknown command "startupmenu"
Network: IP 208.74.120.68, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL

Cannot connect
status has no response

its like the server never fires.

the server was working but I changed the ip and moved locations. This is a public ip and no firewalling is taking place (shes wide open to the world).

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated

yea fail on my part, its +map cp_fastlane etc
