Does the same thing, but for sourcemod.  So you have the es one if you use es, and you have the sm one if you use sm.

First of all, it's Guwashi's plugin. Second, see these two threads about the topic:

The main point in the posts is that there is real, the original, VSP Country Filter Plugin which does what you need.
