hldsupdatetool adds Third Party Mods

As many of you probably know, steam has added Third Party Mods to Steam. Well, Third Party Mod Dedicated Servers are now also available via hldsupdatetool. I'll post the list here AND update the game list FAQ post (Since I use that thread ALL THE TIME).
