How many slots at 33 tick TF2 would these run?
QX6800, QX6850 and a Q9650
On our Q9300 a full 32man 33 tick uses around 70% on one core.

Hhhhm....the only thing that comes to mind which could be causing this high CPU (if you say this is high) is the sv_tags plugin as it has that warning on the plugin page.

Could I run 2 32 slot, 33 tick TF2 servers per core on one of those CPUs?
If not, how many slots?

2 32s per core!?
no way. I would say one 32 sounds right. OrangeBox is a WHORE.

As I have this topic open, do you think 50 slots 100 tick per core is fair for one of the 3ghz ones I mentioned?

You're aware tf2 doesn't support 100tick, or are you referring to another game?

There was a different UK hosting company which was offering 100tick TF2 servers and claimed to me that I was wrong and that they wouldn't sell 100tick if it wasn't possible. Well they must have learned there lesson... because they aren't offering 100tick TF2 servers anymore
