[HELP]Server Crash when changing map

Hi,

I have a VPS installed with Debian 1GB ram with 3x CS:S 100ticks server

Server crash randomly when one of the CS:S changing map. and it caused the those VPS down. Even Teamspeak which is hosted in the same VPS is not able to login as well.
