Does anyone know if there's a Chickenmod for CS Source that works with Mani-mod, etc.? I really miss the "Super Chicken! bawk bawk" on my server!

no but meta mod has one thnks to lduke its called source_mm.dll and the chicken thing is modch_mm.dll
