Very Confused With SRCD

ok, im trying to run a CS:S server from my computer i play on, i did everything right, and i can't see my server in the game, heres some pics, to see if you can find problem, one thing i noticed it said, couldn't exec server.cfg, witch i already had modified like the tutorial told me.

Is the server on your LAN? If so, look for it under LAN. Couldn't exec server.cfg? Is your server config in <path to srcds>/cstrike/cfg?
