Ok so i made a server on local drive D but i don't want it using up D, Is their anyway of have a server on vista drive C? any help would be appreciated!Any1 that figures it out will get admin on my server (full)!

I wouldn't recommend using vista for server in any kind of enviroment.

Here are some srcds guides...btw. The first one is about installing a srcds on vista. I have vista and I've installed and ran srcds.

My reason for the comment I made, was mearly due to the fact that Vista uses alot of resources for the OS itself, which could have been used for the SRCDS, sorry for being a bit off-topic, just wanted to share my thoughts, that's all.

In an ideal world, all servers would use a server-based OS. Sadly, this is NOT an ideal world.
My srcds runs on a Win 2k3 server box personally.

First make a folder on your C drive called srcds.
After you install the update tool, use a line like this: hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game GAME -dir C:\srcds
