1. With a 10mbps connection, approximately how much server capacity could I handle? (I'm thinking about TF2 and DoD:S servers)
2. If the server were to be an AMD Athlon X2 4200+, 2GB RAM, with that connection...could it deliver the network capacity? If not, what could it handle on that connection.

What about 66 tickrate? This is for a just for fun type clan, is there any reason why we should use 100 over 66? Or even 66 instead of 33? How much does it impact performance? To me it seems that 66 is a fairly sufficient high performance compromise.
The reason I ask is not because I will be running the max amount of game servers on this box, but because I will be web serving, teamspeak, etc and I'd like to have a bit unused for good performance. I don't anticipate web serving taking up much of the box though. I want to try to run 3 lag free servers (CS:S, DoD:S, & TF2), I'm not sure how many slots is healthy though. They don't have to be huge servers, but 16+ slots each would be nice if possible.

66 Tickrate uses about 96 kbps. 66 Tickrate runs fine really. Well you could probably run like at max 100 66 tickrate slots but that would render your CPU usage really high.

96kbps per slot? So I could easily handle about 60 slots (about 6mbps when full) at 66 tickrate? That's all I need. I was thinking about doing:
24 Slot TF2 server
16 Slot CS:S server
20 Slot DoD:S server

Bumping is lame and I hate to do it, but is that right?
60 slots at 66 tickrate * 100kbps each = 6000kbps (6 mbps), but is that formula for the calculation accurate?

You will be fine at 60 slots. I hosted a 40 slot pub on 10 MB and it was great

I don't want to use all of the 10mbps though, do you have any idea how much bandwidth your server(s) used full?
