HL2MP Server Errors, but server still runs

I followed the guide on this website to install my hl2mp server. Then I started the server with this start line:

./srcds_run -console -game hl2mp +map dm_overwatch -maxplayers 5 -autoupdate

Any ideas on why this is happening?

I am having another problem

$ ./srcds_run -game hl2mp +maxplayers 64 +map dm_overwatch +ip 147.202.45.111

When I run this command only 16 max players show up. I thought that all source servers could host up to 64 slots.
