Unfortunatly, no, you must keep the hl2 directory, thats the basic core of the source engine.Source has a lot more detail than the old 1.6. therefore the engine will increase in size. that HL2 directory is like the valve directory for cs 1.6

but for my friend i must give them the ip (my dynamic ip from my isp)
and they only can see my server in their history list server and keep stay no responding on their favorites list server

any idea on wat going bad here

opened these ports too on my modem router :
27000-27040 tcp/udp === may be i have to create for each protocol and not mix these ?

1200 udp
7002 tcp
27015 udp

and at last
when my 2 friends went to the server and join me
i type netstat in cmd dos prompt on the mahcine hosting the server and see only my pc (192.168.0.3)(server css= 192.168.0.2) where i play css and cant see the other guy connected ...

If you have a dynamic IP, go to dyndns.org and make an alias for it. If you update it whenever your WAN IP changes, your friends will be able to use the alias to connect to your server, without they have to know your WAN IP (which changes regularly).
May the Source be with you...
