Running Server by Console Command Problem
#1
Cool
Hi,
I'm having a trouble running the server on Linux system.
After I Played for a while the server will restart itself and starting on the same map again.

here is my console execution code:
Quote:screen -A -m -d -S css ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map glassfloor_kdr +maxplayers 22

I dont know how to fix this server restarting itself problem. So I wonder, is it possible to execute the console command without specify +maps or to make it read form server.cfg instead?
eg. like this instead:

Quote:screen -A -m -d -S css ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 22

I've tried it already, still doesnt work.
Please help
Thank you

I think there is a to specify map in your server.cfg, however, your problem sounds like its crashing, i would install gdb if its not allready and add -debug to your start line, after the server restarts, look for debug.log in your ~/srcds_l duirectory or where ever you installed srcds.

Hmm, your map might not have support for linux compiled into the map.
