Dead chat

Hi, does anyone know what i need to put in server.cfg so the dead people can chat (not voice chat) with the people who are alive. Or do i need something special for this? If yes, what do i need for this?

ES_Tools can do that.

I believe SourceMod can, too, but I prefer EventScripts

I searched on the site with eventscripts and i found one script for this, but it's a .py file and i really don't know what i have to do with this.

EDIT: ok, i found it, there was a es_tools file in the cfg folder where i could change it
