Hi,
I am planning a LAN soon and hope to get some cs:s cranking. Only about half of the people have cs:s. Is there a way to get an offline game happening without the steam authentication? Old CS used to be fine.

I think setting secure to 0 in liblist.gam and setting sv_lan in your server.cfg to 1 SHOULD set you right.

Don't quote me on this though.

Ok, honestly, I am not 100% sure on this, but I would think that if they didn't have a valid steam account and css, they wouldn't be able to start steam or css, therefore, what you do on the server may not even matter.

Not sure, its a lan, not many LAN have an outside connection
