just added mani and not working for some reason, help please.

yeah so i just added it and i know how to do it and everything it's right but it just says unknown command admin... so i have no idea whats wrong, i have it in metamod path, and the exec in my server.cfg, here is my server.cfg, please tell me if there is a problem. EDIT: k well i just now also added rpg mod and that isn't working either... i added zblock and that worked fine so what is up with this...?
