Setting up HlstatsX in Ubuntu

Hello there, I am trying to find out how to use HlstatsX for my dedicated server.
I would like the stats hosted onto my clans website.
It's not on the same computer as my servers. Has anyone setup it in Ubuntu befor? I know it's free, or you can pay them to host it.
If anyone has done this befor any help would be great.

He does more with TF2 stats, but they might still be able to help with basic installs
