I am very new at this and have managed to download the latest version of the hldsupdatetool, i have ran it several times as was getting winsock errors but now it states that i am upto date to run a dedicated source server.
Problem is in the tutorial its states to run the following command.
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 10 -autoupdate
I get the following and it just hangs.....?
Attempted to create unknown entity type event_queue_saveload_proxy! Game .dll loaded for "Counter-Strike: Source"
Executing dedicated server config file
Error: Material "sprites/bubble" :
proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!
couldn't exec server.cfg
Adding master server 69.28.151.178:27011
Adding master server 207.173.177.12:27011
please help?
