I have a IBM Server and want to know if it will handle Counter-Strike Source Dedicated Server.
The Specs are::
Dual Pentium3 500mhz
256mb SD-RAM
20Gb HDD
Running Redhat9 in Runlevel 3 (Text)

Hmm, you could probably run 2 8-10 maybe 12 player source servers (one on each cpu) depending on what else you're running on that server. srcds IIRC does not thread across multiple CPUs

These days with RAM prices so low, it seems like a good idea to get your system to at least 512M, 1G if affordable.

His server uses SD-RAM (not DDR), prices of that type of memory have been rising instead of dropping (due to the popularity of DDR), but a total of 512MB will be better indeed.
