So is there anyway i can open the SRCDS ports ? cuz its an oil company xP so im sure they have firewall on !

no ... u said if i hosted a server in a UK Hosting company it will lag .. that's why im asking u if there anyway i can run a server on my father's work place ? Smile

Yeah but how can i open the ports ;p ? i can't touch the server there ;p

all i can touch there .. computers connected through other computer ... or maybe a HUB ^_- hmmm ?

It depends how much rank/power your father has there.. can he get a system admin to open those ports for you? Or is this being done without anyone knowing?
