Try getting rid of all the mods and see if it works. Also you dont have an autoexec.cfg file which is strange.

autoexec should already come installed but make a notepad document and save it as autoexec.cfg You dont need one until you put mods on it really. But just try getting rid of the mods one by one until it works.

What you could check is the default map it loads. When the map you set to load at start is not in the maps folder it just stops loading.
