Map differs from servers?

With downloadurl my server always says maps differ from server. I go to my maps folder....delete the map,redownload only to get the same error. Somebody else out there has to be getting this error. I have my d/led's set up in cgi-bin with folder name hl2mp and then maps...ect.ect so I know everything is right.I rent my server from recongamer and host my maps from the web space they provide but I have tried it from a site totally away from recongamer and still same thing.

I had that problem once and I almost went crazy replacing the map on the server and my client. After that didn't work, I just logged out/restarted steam on my client and it was ok again.

try logging out and exiting your steam client, then restarting it and log in again.

only problem with that is I donot have access to do that...I rent the server from recongamer.com. I can stop and start the server process but that is it.

delete your map file from your client, then connect to server to download the map from the server.

you deleted a map that was in the maps folder correct?

Yes....I can delete the map from my maps folder and redownload and get same error. map differs.

maybe try deleting the server's .ztmp file for that map. Thats worked for me in the past
