I have a fully updated server and am using FoRcEFiRe's SRCDS Auto updating script. The server starts just fine and looks like it is running. If I do a netstat -an on the server, I see that port 27015 both UDP and TCP is open, as well as UDP ports 27005 and 27020.

I've tried running the server with sv_lan 1 set -- cannot see or connect to it though steam. I've tried running it with sv_lan 0 set and cannot see it in the server browser. It is fully routed through my router (outside portscan shows 27015 open and responding).

Am I missing something?[/code]

I am starting it with this command (I've tried it with and without +exec server.cfg):
C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf +exec server.cfg +ip 192.168.1.103 +maxplayers 24 -tickrate 66 +fps_max 600

try adding:

+map ctf_2fort

or any other map to the startup parameters. SRCDS can be flakey sometimes and needs the starting map to be specified.
