model changer

Does anyone knows mod (or plugin or script)
when player do a multikill or ultrakill his model changes
like quake sounds
for 4 kills change to one model for 7 kills to another and more, than dies his model become default

This is all possible using eventscripts but you can't change models (on the server side) just custom skins else it will crash srcds when someone shoots at that "forced" model.
