Half Life 2 Deathmatch Admin Mod's

I have been looking everywhere and it appears there isn't very much support as far as mod's or scripts for Half-Life 2:Deathmatch. I have been running a steam based server for a while and recently switched to the command based server. I'd like to be able to have some admin functionality on it but I haven't been able to find anything that works specifically with Deathmatch other than the "SAP". What I'm looking for is something that will show:
Admin Functions
Reserved Slots

If there is something that works for CS:S that also works with Deathmatch, I haven't found anyone saying it does. I know there are things out there that I'm looking for, just not listed anywhere that I can find. If anyone knows of anything, can you please let me know.

I thought Mani's Admin Plugin had HL2 deathmatch support

If Mani's does have Half Life Deathmatch support, there is no documentation that says it does. I've heard of people converting it over, but i'm not that smart enough to go through every single file just to make sure it says hl2mp instead of cstrike...

If someone was to make a conversion of Mani's and put that in zip format and maybe create a readme for me to install the thing, then maybe I can install it. But now I'm limited to SAP which is doing just fine right now, but I like what Mani's does and would prefer to use that one instead.
