Change port for srdcs?

I'm sorry for a "spam" i'm sure there is already such topic but i couldn't find it
How can i host server on not standart port? i want to run 2 servers on computer, 1 for public, 2nd for test custom scripts.

In the command line, specify the port by adding:

-port 27016

or any other port you want (as long as its free).
