Someone Help Please

Hello, I recently got a public server up and running, I am running Matties Eventscripts on it, and I added Ich's Checkpoints, this server is an XC_ Climb maps server. Anyway it seems no one can download any maps from the server, it just disconnects them. Heres the ip if u wanna check it out.

Btw I already added sv_allowdownload 1 to my server.cfg and autoexec.cfg.

come on no one has a clue? what about is there a command that restricts clients to download files from the server over a certain size? because these maps are big, maybe thats why?

This is most likely a problem with your sv_downloadurl (if you have one set)

If you have it set - it MUST have all the maps and files needed to download that run on your server. There are known bugs in sv_downloadurl such as, if the sv_downloadurl doesnt have the map currently on (custom map) it should download straight from the server, but doesnt - hence it disconnects the player.

Otherwise, your assumption of the filesize being too large would be correct. The command you are thinking of is:

The default for this is 15mb - so if you have anything larger, change it to slightly above that value.

Unfortunately, i doubt you'll find anyone here that gives it away for free - most others will sell it for a small fee (something stupid like $3-4 / month) including myself.

Yeah, with the training slash; that's the exact one I use (except the w33tr for security reasons).

Hmm, guess it does work then - tried it once and never worked, without slash works fine for me.. weird.
