Of all methods, I prefer simply placing a shortcut to a batch file (or to srcds.exe) inside All Programs > Startup folder in the Start Menu. It's quick, simple, and works.
I use batch files that let me wait X amount of seconds before doing something (using Windows 2003 Resource Kit commands). It works fine.

I think i did it by going to Control Panel>Scheduled Tasks >Add Task>then setting it to either srcds shortcut or bat file.

But it doesn't show up in the list of Services (Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Services). How can I make it show up there? That way it will be in the list of services when I connect with PanelDaemon. |
