My server runs on a lan ip

no one can connect to my server. only i can, my friends says because my ip is a lan ip. what do i do. i already tried port forwarding but i dont think i put the right stuff into it. i went to port forward.com but when it got to the ip part it confused me.

You do not give people your LAN ip to connect to, you have to give them your actual connection IP, you can find that at http://www.whatismyip.com.

i see,.... well i fixed that problem. But now my server seems to let everyone be an admin. i set my rcon pass and everything. i dont know whats the problem. Plz help and quick i dont want to get banned on my own server
