You basicly go down list pretty self explanatory, then click submit and it out puts the server cvars and u just copy and paste. LINK: CS:S Server Config Editor

in all reality, most of the commands will probly be the same. or atleast simular... but im sure eventually someone will make one, as theres a couple for css
