Dual AMD Opteron How much can it hold?

Hey I am back again, and ready to get another upgrade.

I currently run a 45 slot zombiemod on a Pentium 4 3 GHZ 2 GB Ram, and I am upgrading to a Dual AMD Opteron 2 GB Ram.

How many servers/slots could I hold on it? Running 66 TICK & How many more slots if I had 4 Gigs of ram for the Dual AMD Opteron

Or would it be better to get a Intel Dual Xeon 2.8Ghz
