Server Hardware Question

Im looking to run these servers hopefully on one machine,
32 slot zombiemod
20 slot gun game
20 slot 100 tick
12 slot 100 tick private

With the gun game and zombie server full and the 100 ticks rarely used. Could I do all this on,
Opteron 170 Dual Core
2 Gb Ram
100 Mbps port with 2000Gb Bandwidth

If not what would you suggest that could handle that load.

Wont work with that many servers, zombiemod takes a lot cpu load, same with 20 slots tickrate 100.
