need help with server wont use external ip

hi

i have been trying to make a server for CS:S and gmod using source dedicated server, i have all the ports forwarded and it still uses the internal ip any suggestions? my modem is also a router it is a dlink 302G generation 2 running through a 8 port switch please help !

Port 27015 //Don't change this port

Place this at the top of your server.cfg.

-Do you know you still connect to your LAN Ip whilst everyone else connects to your WAN? so When you load up your own game, go to servers -> Lan and there should be your game... Everyone else connects to 81.xxx.xxx.xx:27015
