ok, after a few hours of testing i have noticed a non-acpi install is complete crap. and i wouldnt reccomend it for anyone.
it seems to cause REALLY bad cpu spikes, some of you may of saw my post about it and me having issues. well its down the the non-acpi install and it doesnt seem to be able to be fixed. i have tested it on server 2003 and cpu jumps from 2/99% cpu constant. so dont use it unless theres a known fix!
